A short overview of Greg's story and how natural building is the right way to go.
Hello everyone! Welcome to the beginning of something big! If you're here reading, you're already part of story that's taking place in a small corner of Juticalpa, Honduras. Thank you for joining.
Jess and I started this project as a response to something just about everyone is familiar with: need. There's a great need in Juticalpa, Honduras, and this one struck a chord with the both of us. Last September, Jess told me about a kindergarten class in Honduras, a lovely little group of children, that go to school in the empty shell of an unfinished building. There's no running water, bathrooms, kitchen. Nada. It's not right. It just isn't.
Jess and I have been invested in this community for a long time, like a decade long, and we do have the ability to do something big for a small community that needs our help. With our New Adobe building, we can build a school that is stronger than cement, costs less, and is much more sustainable. We have the solution. All of the pieces are there. So it's time to do something.
